Please Read Before Booking:

All Retainer/Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-negotiable

A retainer/deposite of $25 of the desired service is required in order to secure appointment and will be credited towards your TOTAL. If the service is less than the deposit required, the FULL payment is due UPFRONT. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify Alex a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that your deposit will be credited to your next service. SAME DAY cancellations, no shows, or client missing appointment due to Lateness. Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice one. Any Rescheduling after first attempt is null and void.

A remaining balance must be paid by Card/Tap or cash upon arrival. Please have exact amount

  • All NO SHOWS will be prohibited from booking any future appointments.

  • All NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of your remaining balance to card (NO EXCEPTIONS)

    Rules:

  • NO GUEST ALLOWED UNLESS RECEIVING A SERVICE. NO KIDS ALLOW UNLESS GIVIN PERMISSION BY ME AHEAD OF TIME.

  • If you are not in my treatment room 10 minutes after your appointment time, there is a late fee of $15, and 15 minutes: your Appointment will be canceled. That means keep in mind traffic. Please be respectful of my time and other’s with their scheduled Appointments.

  • ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE SERVICE FEE.

  • In the event that you arrive early please wait in designated waiting ae until you are greeted

  • NO REFUNDS will be given for services rendered or products purchased, regardless of the reason for cancellation. once payment has been made, it is non-refundable, even if you are unable to use the product or service
